Dallas LePierre is a Civil Rights attorney at NDH, litigating civil rights cases throughout the United States. His areas of concentration include: § 1983 Use of Deadly Force cases, Fourth Amendment claims, Eighth Amendment claims, and Due Process and Equal Protection actions.
Born and raised in Florida, Dallas has lived and travelled throughout the country. He graduated from George Washington University Law School in Washington, DC in 2012. Prior to coming to NDH, Dallas spent five years practicing in Federal and State Courts throughout Florida. There, Dallas primarily handled financial cases, including litigating Chapter 11 cases involving thousands, even millions, of dollars. Dallas also litigated foreclosure, criminal, family, and general civil law cases.
